Thank you for visiting the official web site of River Valley Detachment #1248, Marine Corps League. We invite you to check out our site and hope you will consider joining our Detachment. Membership is open to all Marines and FMF Corpsmen … active, retired or honorably discharged … regular or reserve. (See requiremants under "Membership".)

River Valley Detachment #1248 was chartered on 26 July 2006. Although we are a relatively new Detachment we are extremely active in our projects and activities. We encourage all our members to participate to the extent possible based on their time and circumstances.

Once you are familiar with how we carry on the traditions of the Marine Corps, work for veterans' causes and serve our community, we think you'll find an area that interests you and that you'll want to help us with.
